Indigo Mortgage New Mexico is considered an essential business under this ruling, which has allowed us to continue to serve the people of New Mexico. When the shelter in place was initially issued, we weren’t sure it would apply to mortgage companies. This determination has allowed the Indigo Mortgage team to assist clients with closing on their home loans, as well as help new borrowers refinance an existing home mortgage or purchase a new home.

Our team has had the opportunity to process mortgage transactions from application to funding, virtually, via telephone, email, e-sign, and scanned documents. These are all secure as we process them through our encrypted email server.
